The Royal Australian Navy Band, one of Australia's premier military ensembles, will be performing "A Naval Salute", celebrating the Royal Australian Navy Centenary 1911-2011.

Navy has a rich history of service to the nation. Recognition of this service is an important activity for the Australian Nation; for serving members, the community, the Government, potential recruits and veterans. A Naval Salute will promote core messages about the history, current activities and people, and future direction of the Royal Australian Navy using narrative and music with audio visual accompaniment. The concert will feature key elements of Navy’s ceremonial repertoire including Colours, Beat to Quarters, Man Ship, Cheer Ship, and Ceremonial Sunset.
