Free for all children under 18, serving Defence members and APS Defence personnel. $10 for adults otherwise.

Program

1000: Gates and Museum open. Static Navy helicopters, Albatross Aero Club aircraft and Historic Flight Tracker in position. Classic cars in position.

1015: Historic Flight 'Iroquois' helicopter flies in and lands in front of Museum.

1100: Melbourne Reunion BBQ and social gathering commences. 250 attendees from retired and serving members.

1130: First demonstration by Historic Flight Grumman 'Tracker'. Running engines, folding and spreading wings (Lots of noise and smoke!!)

1300: Operational flights by 817 Squadron 'Sea King' helicopters, for aero medical evacuation exercises and training throughout afternoon.

1300: Operational flights by 723 Squadron 'Squirrel' and 'A109' helicopters, throughout afternoon.

1330: Second demonstration by Historic Flight Grumman 'Tracker'. High speed taxi and simulated 'aborted' take-off on Runway 21.

1400: Historic Flight 'Iroquois' helicopter take-off and aerial handling display on departure.

1600: Museum and reunion event close.
