A Shared Perspective: Paintings of Iraq and Afghanistan.

The first offical war art created by a collaborative team will be on exhibition at the Fleet Air Arm Museum from 10 October 2009. Framing conflict: Iraq and Afghanistan - Lyndell Brown and Charles Green offers a new perspective to modern warfare.

"The official war art scheme has a long history since the First World War, and Brown and Green's latest works make a strong contribution to the Memorial's collection," said the Director of the Australian War Memorial.

This contemporary exhibition showcases the paintings and photographs Brown and Green created in response to their 2007 tour of the Middle East, Afghanistan and the Persian Gulf.
