This or a similar routine will be in place for your first four weeks at the RANC, which is otherwise known as your Initial Training Period (ITP). After ITP, the routine changes to allow for increased free time. This is however, at the discretion of RANC staff.

- Winter (W) denotes NEOC held mid way through the calendar year.
