Peter Mitchell Essay Competition
The Peter Mitchell Essay Competition is conducted annually, and is open to sailors and officers of British Commonwealth navies up to and including the rank of Commander, who are either:
- Full-time, or
- Reservists who have served at least 20 days in the 12 months prior to the closing date of this competition, namely 28 October 2009.
