And for Reservists and their bosses ...

Exercise Executive Stretch (EES) is a weekend program sponsored, funded and approved by the Assistant Chief of the Defence Force - Reserves (ACRES). It's intended to bring ADF Reserves and businessmen, who are employers or potential employers of Reserves, closer together through a weekend of physical and intellectual challenge in a defence environment.

The EES program is conducted over a weekend on a Navy, Army or Air Force base. The program is administered by State Defence Reserves Support Councils whilst the weekend activities are conducted and led by the sponsoring service. Permanent and Reserve members conduct the training

A typical EES program combines a range of activities which may include:-
