Surprise, it's me!!!! Thank you so much for all the postcards you have sent me, Mum has put them on the fridge so I can look at them everyday then we are going to put them in my book so I will have them forever. We did some finger painting for the first time the other day and it was heaps of fun and I can't wait to show you all my drawings. The farm crops are looking good so maybe this will be the year we have been waiting for. The lambs have nearly finished dropping but have trouble with wild dogs coming into the farm from the bush beyond the vermin proof fence. Sam's partner (Scott) left for the Gulf in January, and returned to Perth mid July. Sam's ship however replaced Scott's in the Gulf - leaving in June. We as Sam's sec-ond family here in Tasmania, send our love and look forward to them reuniting when she returns from the Gulf in Decem-ber. It's a long time apart!
