Amidst the Dubai city of gold is a market that boasts over 300 jewelleries situated one after the other. The Gold Souks are visited by people from all over the world searching for that special bargain.

Whether you want that special ring, a designer bracelet or quality gems, this place has it all. The Jewellers are from every corner of the globe; they entice with the ability to design your desired piece from a photo or drawing, and yet their prices are the most competitive. By some estimates about 10 tons of gold is present in the Souk at any given time. Last year the Gold Souk traded some $US7 Billion in Gold and $US5 Billion in Diamonds.
