Thank you very much for “The Fearless Times” newsletter. I will ensure the members of our Sub-Branch are able to read the interesting news your newsletter has to offer. Should there be anything of value that we may wish to forward on the ships crew, I will ensure to keep you updated of the latest RSL Sub Branch news.

Truly Amazing, you make me feel as if I'm there with you. The one thing you do better than any ship is honour and remember that the families are part of every journey your on. This newsletter is evidence to that.
Can't wait for the next one...

...With being 17, I am here at home completing school while you guys are over there... This newsletter was excellent and the set out of it was amazing. I would like to congratulate the whole crew of Toowoomba for the wonderful job you guys are doing out there. Your newsletter had a lot in it from what's happening over there to the Birth of Makayla over here. You all do an amazing job, can't wait to welcome you all home, we are incredibly proud.
Excellent work guys

To the Editor and all who have helped in putting together this great news sheet, congratulations. I think this is a great form of communicating and letting us know what is happening at the "pointy end". It's all changing for the better! With a son on HMAS Sydney and a daughter with you, it's always good to hear whats going on. From all accounts, I believe I'd prefer to be on HMAS Sydney! Although it appears you have a lively and enthusiastic crew who sound like they're having an eye opening time. All the best to you all and I look forward to the next edition.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate receiving a copy of The Fearless Times. It's brilliant to be able to keep in touch with our loved ones and in a small part, share a part of their lives when they are so far away. It keeps us in touch.
Kind Regards
Cathi and Ron
Many thanks for putting together the Toowoomba newsletter. The articles were all very interesting and give the family back home an idea of what life is like at sea. Keep up the good work.

...Thanks for your continued attention to these people. They're all quite overwhelmed to be given 'family like' status during the ships absence and their gratitude continues to be relayed back to our office. One family member said that her father would be absolutely thrilled with how well Toowoomba is look after his family on his last deployment.
Response on behalf of the families of those who’s ashes we committed to the sea on 09Jun09.
