Recruit School Training Graduation

Recruits who successfully complete the course participate in the Graduation Parade, normally held on the Friday of the last week of training.

Recruits will have the opportunity to invite family and friends to view the parade. On the evening of the Graduation Parade a dinner is organised for Recruit School Staff, Recruits and their families.

Recruits will be granted weekend leave on completion of the Graduation Parade and will be required to return to work on the following Monday. On the first working day after graduation you will join your category school in HMAS Cerberus or in another training establishments throughout Australia to begin the next phase of their training. Category training is the core training required for you to take your place at sea and commence your Navy career.
