Sea Change

Sea Change was an interim management solution that arose out of a critical need for Navy to evolve with the changing expectations of our Sailors and Officers. Sea Change has achieved its primary mission and management changes brought about by Sea Change have now have become an integral part of Navy’s people management culture.

All Sea Change programs will be transitioned to the various Commands.

The feedback area of SCIMARS is now closed, however Navy members are encouraged to submit future feedback and questions through their Divisional chain.
