Update on the Death of HMAS Warramunga Sailor

12 November 2011

The Royal Australian Navy can confirm that the member of HMAS Warramunga’s crew who passed away while ashore on leave in Cambodia on 10 November 2011, was Leading Seaman Boatswain’s Mate Bradley William Livingston.

The 33 year old’s family is continuing to be provided with support by Navy and the Defence Community Organisation.

The family has requested the media respect their privacy at this time.

Two members of the ADF Investigative Service are now in Cambodia to investigate the death and it would be inappropriate to comment further until that investigation has been completed.
