Navy People Wellbeing Program

Beta testing of Navy People Wellbeing Program portal
This is a beta version of Navy’s new Wellbeing portal. If you wish to leave feedback, please use the Feedback Form.

Being fit to fight, both physically and mentally, requires a deliberate, coordinated and sustainable plan
that is realised through the Navy People Wellbeing Program (NPWP).

The NPWP has three distinct objectives:

  1. Provide an environment that encourages our people to remain healthy, employable and deployable;
  2. Establish a support system that returns our people to deployable status in a deliberate manner; and
  3. Where this is not possible, ensuring members transition out of Navy with dignity and respect in close coordination with the Joint Transition Authority (JTA).
