Exercise Vulcan Phoenix is an exercise for the Royal Australian Navy and Emergency Services to work together to respond to a major incident.
Since 2021 there has been three iterations of the exercise each at a different base.
Exercise Vulcan Phoenix provides the opportunity to work with the emergency services including ambulance, fire brigade, police and port authority.
